Linda Ann Johnston Reinhart, Zentangle™

Linda is a native of New Hampshire, growing up in Hanover surrounded by art and cultural events, encouraged at an early age by teachers, parents and her grandmother to develop her creative gifts.
Linda has taught children as young as five through adults as old as ninety, at MoCo Arts, the Fitzwilliam Town Library, her own art studio in Fitzwilliam, at family reunions, Art Trek Gallery in Swanzey, to individuals, small, large and mixed groups. Her passion and enthusiasm for art and love of sharing comes through in her teaching. She has her BS in Fine Art and Education from Johnson State College, and is a life-long learner taking many classes at NH Institute of Art in Manchester, Sharon Arts Center, Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, and most recently became a Certified Zentangle® Teacher with Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas, founders of Zentangle®, in Providence, RI.  Linda also designs and hooks rugs, dyes her own wool and is a stained glass artist. She lives on a farm in Fitzwilliam with her very supportive husband Steve, two dogs and two cats. She gardens, is a gourmet cook, plays drum, and adores her two children and four grandchildren.
Laura Tyers, Guest Artist, Painting

Laura has lived in the Milford-Wilton area for over 30 years and has had an interest in fine arts since she was a young child. After raising a family and building a business in the area, Laura found that she finally had time to devote to her interests and started drawing and oil painting after many years away from it. Back at her passion again, she has a studio at the Riverview Mills Artist Studios in Wilton and is delighted to share her joy with others.

Laura began her dance training at the Raylyn School of Russian Ballet over 30 years ago. She received a B.S. in dance education at Skidmore College, where she studied the Graham technique with Moss Cohen. She continued on to New York to study on scholarship at the Alvin Ailey School of American Dance, to which she recently returned for a Horton Pedagogy workshop with Ana Marie Forsythe While in New York she also studied with May O’Donnell, Finis Jhung, Frank Hatchett and at Steps on Broadway. Laura’s love for theatre led her to the Actor’s and Director’s Lab and then to California in 1992. There she began teaching dance at the Lycee International Schools of Los Angeles.  Returning to New Hampshire with her husband Chris, and daughters Sierra and Christina, Laura began teaching locally.  She has performed Off Broadway, at the American Dance Festival, the Palace Theatre and at Scotland’s Edinburgh Festival. 
Wendy Ayotte, Mixed Media Painting

Wendy has been a resident of Milford for 20 years and an artist and crafter in different her whole life.  As a 'jack of all trades and master of none' in the art world, Mixed Media Art is where she belongs as it allows her to mix any and every kind of art and craft into one piece, always ending up with something unique.   She looks forward to sharing her passion of art with you and her excitement that in Mixed Media, there are no mistakes - only opportunities!

Susanna Reis
Susanna Reis,Stained Glass & Mosaics

Susanna Reis has been creating original stained glass for 22 years.  Her passion for glass began when she took classes at Renaissance Glassworks in Nashua, NH.Susanna’s background is in Fine Art - she earned a BA Degree in Art from Colby Sawyer College in New London, NH.  Susanna has worked as a graphic designer in high tech for 27 years.  She now works as a contract graphic designer.  Susanna also teaches adult art classes at a local high school and substitute teaches art at the local schools around Mont Vernon. All of her designs are done by hand and Susanna gets most of her ideas from nature and loves to put colors together in a harmonious way.  Susanna enjoys doing commission work in glass for clients to use in their homes and businesses and as gifts.Some of her artwork is currently at the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen store in Concord, NH and at the East Colony Fine Art Gallery in Manchester, NH.Susanna is an active member of the Mont Vernon Artisans in her town of residence, Mont Vernon, NH.Art Happens is excited to welcome Sue to share her passion and talent in glass work.  Her classes are not to be missed!

Margaret Mikhail Painting

Margo has been painting and drawing since the age of 13.  Growing up in Fremont, New Hampshire, she was guided and taught by her mentor Allen Taylor.  She attended Plymouth State College, studying Art Education.  Oil paint is her medium of choice and she has had much recent success showing and selling her work.  She finds inspiration in the strength and beauty of the female form, as well as eastern and Buddhist Art.  

Siobhan Meacher, Watercolor 

Siobhan is a self taught artist who grew up in upstate New York and is currently living in NH. She’s been drawing her whole life but didn’t start painting until she was 14, now watercolor and gouache are her favorite and most used mediums. She’s most inspired by the organic patterns of anatomy, music, and nature and incorporates many of those elements into her paintings. She spends most of her time painting surreal portraits and landscapes but also sells custom designs for tattoos, album artwork, posters, etc. Her time spent teaching herself how to work with paint has given her a unique style and a belief that everyone is an artist as long as they love to paint.
Meaghan Delapena, Painting
Meaghan has lived most of her life in Nashua, NH and is currently a student at Endicott College striving to receive her BS in Art Therapy. Just this past year she has taken painting classes that she says has opened her eyes to a whole new, and adventurous, part of the art field. She fell in love with making artistic crafts that she learned from her mother, as well as girl scouts, since she was young. From there her creative outlet has advanced to drawing and now painting. Creating art, listening to music, photography, and reading are just a few of her favorite pastimes. Meaghan is excited to start a new journey here at Art Happens. She looks forward to sharing her wonderful experiences as an artist in helping to bring out the artist in others!

Kimberly Harrington, Painting, Drawing


Kimberly graduated from Endicott College with a BS in Hospitality.  During that time, she elected to use every opportunity she could to take courses in Painting, Drawing, and Photography.  She continues to feed her passion for art on a daily basis with her 2 daughters here in Milford, teaching them the skills of painting, drawing, jewelry making, photography and music.  Kimberly had worked for the past 2 years as an Event Planner and Marketing Assistant, but also teaching craft & drawing classes to seniors at an assisted living community.  This Fall she will begin working at Southern NH University, but is most excited to share her love for painting at Art Happens!

Tami Sciola-Borelli, Drawing, Painting

Tami has been drawing, painting, and creating works of art since childhood.  She graduated from Framingham State College with a degree in Fashion and a minor in Art.  She furthered her studies attending classes at Massachusetts College of Art and The Museum of Fine Arts School.  Her specialty and passion is creating detailed pencil portraits of people and wildlife.  Her ability to capture a subject’s expression and personality has won her various ribbons at juried exhibits.

Along with her love for creating art, Tami has also pursued a lifelong passion for ballet, studying and performing with the Boston Ballet for several years, as well as performing in local area productions.  Tami has been teaching classical ballet for over twenty years throughout southern New Hampshire and her native Massachusetts.  She has been a regular staff member at many local studios as well as a guest teacher for special programs and workshops.  She is excited to share her knowledge and joy of the visual and performing arts with others!

Amanda Barrick, Fiber Arts & Painting

Amanda is an award winning Felting Artist and hand spinner.  She is artistic and crafty in every sense of the word and offers her experience and knowledge in her classes in a fun and informative way.  Amanda raises Alpaca and spins and dyes her own wool.  She joins Art Happens to share her love and knowledge of Fiber Arts.

Judi Wing, Painting, Pottery

​Judi has been painting since she was 14 years old; spending the first 10 years under the instruction of Loren Percy, a well-known Lakes Region artist.  She earned a Bachelor's degrees in art education and special education from Northern Illinois University, and later a Master's degree in art therapy from Wright State University.  For the past 25 years Judi has been teaching art at Wilton-Lyndeborough Cooperative Middle/High School in Wilton, N.H.  During the summer, she runs an art camp for children. Nature’s unlimited beauty and her great love of the outdoors have inspired her scenic paintings   Judi lives in Milford, N.H with her husband and daughter.

Christina Cannon, Painting, Ink & Watercolor

Christina grew up in Southern New Hampshire and art has always been a part of her life.  She graduated from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts in May 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and Art History.  She works with various mediums, ink and watercolor on paper.  She has been riding horses since the age of eight Horses are a favorite subject and these interactions with horses have inspired many of her artworks.  Christina lives in NH, is the assistant Volleyball coach at Endicott College and also coaches for CMass Juniors. She is excited to share her love of art with you!
